The meeting approved the goals and objectives of the forthcoming Forum, as well as the work plan to ensure a proper level of hospitality within the framework of the IMBRICS Forum. The dates of the forthcoming Forum were outlined - it will be held on 26-28 August in Moscow. The meeting was chaired by S. Cheremin, Minister of the Moscow City Government, Head of the Department for External Economic and International Relations of Moscow.
The meeting was addressed by representatives of various governmental agencies, including the Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council I. Svyatenko, as well as a Member of the Government of St. Petersburg and the Chairman of the Committee for External Relations E. Grigoriev and others.
Chairman of the Organising Committee, Advisor and Mentor to the Mayor of Moscow L. Tyagachev said: ‘I am convinced that the Forum will play a great role in strengthening international municipal relations, expanding direct dialogue, promoting investment and many other areas of cooperation’
